Ben has enjoyed a decorated career in the Bristol Lettings industry over the past decade, winning a number of awards for customer service. Having identified a need and a gap in the market, he founded The Balloon Letting Company with aspirations of being a positive force within the industry and ushering in a better way of operating to the benefit of both landlords and tenants.

There are some agents out there who will go above and beyond for their landlords, but we recognise that there are two important parties in successfully letting a property, a landlord and a tenant.
