Stone Cottages
The classic Eryri stay, characterful stone cottages in and around the village.
Betws-y-Coed is the gateway village of Eryri, filled year round with walkers, climbers and families heading for the mountains. We manage holiday cottages and Airbnbs across the village and the valleys around it, from our North Wales base in Conwy, twenty five minutes down the valley.

Few villages in Britain punch as far above their size for visitor demand. Outdoor tourism keeps Betws-y-Coed busy in every season, and well run cottages here achieve some of the strongest nightly rates in North Wales. We handle everything so yours is one of them.

The village sits inside the Eryri National Park planning area, where extra controls on holiday lets and second homes have been introduced or proposed, and the rules are still moving. We check the current position for your specific property before you commit to anything.
Character cottages with log burners, parking and good walking access achieve some of the strongest rates in North Wales, with premium weekends well above the average. For a figure on your property, our free valuation takes about two minutes.
