For long term tenancies, we handle marketing, enquiries, referencing and tenancy setup. Short stay guests follow the booking platform and property house rules, with communication and property access coordinated through the management service.

We start with photography, listing setup and an operating plan. If the property already has bookings or tenants, we plan the handover around them.
Short let management starts at 18% on the flexible plan and falls to 11% on the 24 month plan, plus £30 a month. All pricing excludes VAT. Long term management is 10%, with a setup fee of half of the first month's rent. Both charges exclude VAT.
For long term tenancies we keep marketing and enquiries moving. For short stays we review rates, minimum stays and availability. Demand and vacancy still depend on the address, condition, price and market conditions.
