Who can refer?
Existing UpgradedPM clients, property investors, and anyone who knows property owners can participate in our referral program.
When do I get paid?
You receive £200 within 7 days after the referred property goes live for 30+ days. Payments are made via bank transfer.
Are there limits?
No cap on number of referrals, no expiry date on your referral link. Must be genuine new customers (not existing clients).
What counts as "live"?
Property must be fully onboarded on booking platforms, available for bookings for minimum 30 calendar days, and actively managed by UpgradedPM.
Can I refer landlords outside Bristol?
Yes, as long as they have properties in areas we service, referrals from anywhere are welcome.
How do I track my referrals?
You get access to a personal dashboard where you can see all your referrals, their status, and payment history in real-time.
