How much can this tell me?

The check looks for warning signs in the advert and available public information. Importing an advert does not authenticate it. It is not confirmation that the property exists or that the advertiser may let it.

The result shows what was checked and what could not be established. The check does not search for copied images, detect AI photographs or inspect Content Credentials. A lack of warning signs is not a guarantee.

For a residential rental, arrange a viewing by you or someone you trust before signing or paying. If you suspect a payment scam, contact your bank promptly. Read about reporting a problem.
