UpgradedPM shortlisted in four categories at The Negotiator Awards 2026
We’re delighted to share that UpgradedPM has been shortlisted in four categories at The Negotiator Awards 2026. It is a moment to celebrate the team and the clients who have helped us grow.
The public shortlist was announced on 2 October, bringing some lovely news for everyone at UpgradedPM. We are shortlisted for Property Management Company of the Year, Lettings Agency of the Year (Small), Regional Agency of the Year: South West and Website of the Year. You can see all four entries on the official shortlist.
Seeing our name across property management, lettings, the South West and our website makes this particularly special. UpgradedPM began in Bristol with a simple aim: help owners know who is looking after their home and what is happening there. That remains the starting point as we care for properties in more places.

A moment for the whole team.
A clean, prepared home, a repair attended to and a question answered are the everyday work behind the business. Our property care staff work locally, while our full time UK team keeps bookings, communication and owner support moving. The shortlist gives us a chance to stop for a moment and thank the people doing that work.
Our clients are part of that story too. Thank you to every owner who has entrusted us with a property, shared honest feedback or recommended us to someone else. Those conversations help us understand what matters in practice and keep improving how we look after a home.

Our website is often the first conversation someone has with UpgradedPM. We want it to make the next step easier, whether an owner is comparing letting options, looking for a property forecast or trying to understand what a management service includes. Clear information should be easy to find and read on a phone as well as a desktop.
Alongside our services and real owner stories, our free guides offer practical help with questions such as preparing a home, taking listing photos and thinking through quieter months. We will keep developing that useful side of the site as the business grows. You can explore the guides here.
Looking ahead to November.
The finalists and winners will be announced on at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London. For now, we are pleased to be shortlisted alongside the other businesses taking part, and we look forward to seeing the results. The Negotiator Awards website has more information about the ceremony.
